1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment Only)

We offer a 100% refund on your initial subscription payment if:

2. No Refunds on Renewals

  • Chargeback threats, or bypassing the refund process without contacting support first

5. Refund Abuse Policy

  • Excessive or repeated refund requests from the same customer

  • Evidence of full consumption or download of the content

  • Suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the refund policy
